Hammam Guergour is a commune of the wilaya of Setif, it is between the chain Babors and Bibans in the wilaya of Setif. Elle est située à 5 kilomètres de Bougaa , à 55 km au nord-ouest de Sétif et un peu plus de 50 kilomètres au sud-est de Béjaïa . It is located 5 kilometers Bougaa, 55 km north-west of Setif and just over 50 kilometers south-east of Bejaia. La population s'est diversifié depuis l' indépendance de l'Algérie , la station thermale a attiré de nombreux algériens. The population has diversified since the independence of Algeria, the resort has attracted many Algerians. On y trouve des berberophones, mais la langue dominante reste l'arabe. There are Berber, but the dominant language is Arabic.

Elle est située à la sortie des gorges traversées par l' oued Boussellem et dominées notamment par le Djebel Kraim el-Rar et le Djebel Tafat culminant à plus de 1600 mètres.
